Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Shipping time. Most customers receive their order within 5–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply when noted.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Order issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or if tracking hasn't updated, email us at trymundova@yahoo.com and we'll look into it.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
